Silvana Antelo

Silvana Antelo is a People and Culture Leader at Megalabs Parque de las Ciencias, a role they have held since 2024. They previously served as a Human Resources Manager at companies including SUMMUM Medicina Privada, Claro Uruguay, and Montevideo Refrescos - The Coca-Cola Company, among others. Silvana has extensive experience in global HR leadership, having worked at Sabre Corporation between 2020 and 2022 in various senior roles. They hold a Psychology degree and a Human Resources post degree from Universidad Católica del Uruguay, where Silvana also served as a university professor from 2007 to 2010.
