Ron Majewski is an experienced manufacturing engineer with a robust background in mechanical design and automation. Currently at MegaPhase, Ron has played a pivotal role in establishing an AS9100 certified Equipment Maintenance Program and innovating robotic solutions for soldering applications. Previous positions include serving as a Sr. Design Engineer at Hudson Robotics, where Ron designed specialized scientific equipment; a Sr. Mechanical Engineer at Precision Escalator Products, where profitability was enhanced through operational evaluations; and several roles at Doosan Machine Tools America, where Ron handled multi-machine automation projects. Ron's extensive experience also includes owning and operating Ramsey Machine & Tool Co., Inc., where management of various engineering and operational facets was key.
