Sarah has always had a passion for businesses with an environmental and social conscience. This led their to their current position as Head of Operations at Megaphone, an organisation that uses its platform to amplify the voices of those who are often unheard.
Sarah's journey to their current role began in 2009 when they started working as a caterer and casual shop assistant at Goodlife Party Food Shop. During their time there, they honed their skills in multi-tasking and working to short deadlines. In 2013, they took on a new challenge as a casual worker at Muzz Buzz Franchising Pty Ltd. This role allowed their to further develop their skills in self-learning and working under pressure.
In 2015, Sarah began working as a Marketing Communication Executive at AIZOMĖ1. This is where they first gained experience working with brands with an environmental and social conscience. Sarah also gained valuable experience in managing multiple projects at once and working to tight deadlines.
In 2016, Sarah joined Marching Elephants, a company that migrates thinking through innovative knowledge, wisdom and expertise to create businesses that matter. During their time there, they worked with a range of impactful brands including Brands For Good, Impact Co. and Carl Ride. This experience solidified their interest in organisations with an environmental and social conscience.
In 2018, Sarah was headhunted for their current role as Head of Operations at Megaphone. In this role, they are responsible for amplifying the voices of those who are often unheard. Sarah is passionate about this work and uses their platform to make a positive difference in the world.
Sarah has a Bachelor of Communication from Swinburne University of Technology and a Certification from Training and Development Australia in Certificate IV in Business Sales.
