Mini Sarin is an experienced engineering manager currently leading high-performing teams at Megaport since January 2025, focusing on scalable, cloud-native solutions for the Network-as-a-Service platform. Prior to this, Mini served as a technical lead at reecetech, where the focus was on developing innovative tools for supply chain management from August 2021 to December 2024. Mini also has experience as a team lead at 4DMedical, contributing to advancements in respiratory imaging from February 2020 to August 2021, and as the founder director of SocioPixels, a digital agency, from November 2015 to February 2020. Earlier roles included a senior associate position at Sapient, working on software engineering solutions for the banking sector. Mini holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the Symbiosis Centre of Distance Learning and two Bachelor’s degrees in Information Technology from Delhi University.
