Randy Riggs

Randy Riggs has an extensive background in IT and network management, beginning as a Network Manager at Queenswood School from January 1997 to June 1998. Following this, Riggs served as IT Site Lead and Midrange Engineer at INVISTA from July 1999 to July 2007, where guidance and support were provided to the IT Operations Team. A transition to Northridge Systems occurred in August 2007, where Riggs held the position of IT Account Manager, managing a team and ensuring client satisfaction. This was followed by a role at All Covered from August 2008 to July 2011 as Managing Consultant and Engineering Team Lead, focusing on client relationships and team performance. Riggs then contributed to Lumen Technologies from July 2011 to May 2025 as Large Enterprise Solutions Engineering and Solution Architect, leading technical efforts during sales stages and account planning. Currently, as a Solutions Architect at Megaport since October 2025, Riggs designs complex network architectures for enterprise clients utilizing a global Software Defined Network. Riggs earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Southern Polytechnic State University between 1990 and 1995.
