Megatrend Properties (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2020 by partners Rob Fenner, Bruce Fields and Garrick Faul. Having worked together for a globally listed firm JLL for over 20 years, they recognised a compelling need for a more client-centric, privately-owned business that was free to focus on each client’s unique requirements across the property spectrum.
