Simon Wood

Simon Wood is an experienced professional in sales, marketing, and business development, currently serving as the Industry Director for Installations at Megger since December 2007. In this role, Simon focuses on driving global sales and marketing for installations test equipment while collaborating with product development teams to identify long-term business opportunities. Simon has held various positions, including Business Development Manager for both EMEA and Europe, European Distribution Manager, and Regional Sales Manager at Megger, as well as Operations Manager at A & R Distribution and Pankhurst Contracting Ltd. Simon's career began at Reed Paper & Board as a Plant Process Engineer, transitioning to Sales Director at Alpha Electronics (Southern) Ltd. Simon holds an HNC in Plant & Process Control from SELTEC and completed education at Oakwood Park Grammar.
