William "BJ" Singleton is an Environment, Health and Safety Leader with over a decade of experience in reducing lagging indicators and increasing leading indicators. BJ served as the Environment Health Safety Manager at Aleris from 2010 to 2017, where they oversaw the plant's Fire Brigade and conducted safety audits. BJ held the position of Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Real Alloy from 2020 to 2021 and currently leads environmental health and safety initiatives at Parker Meggitt, starting in 2025. BJ earned a degree in Occupational Safety, Fire Prevention and Safety Technology from Eastern Kentucky University between 2017 and 2019.
