Besides holding key positions and memberships in prominent fraternities such as CREAA, NAR, Cosmopolitan club, Hindustan Chamber of Commerce, Indo American Chamber, he is also a skilled orator. He held various positions from secretary to president in Chennai Real Estate Agents Association (CREAA) for more than 11 years and was a core committee member of National Association of Realtors India (NAR-I) for a year. His astute business acumen was instrumental in signing of MoU between CREAA and NAR-I.
