Ethan Thomas

Ethan Thomas is an energetic and motivated leader currently serving as a Store Director. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Meijer, including Softlines Team Lead, GM/Service Line Lead, and Food Line Leader, where they successfully improved sales, drove team engagement, and maintained excellent store conditions. In their role as Customer Service Team Lead, Ethan navigated the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic while maintaining positive customer relations and launching a new Curbside Pickup program. Throughout their career, Ethan has emphasized building meaningful connections with team members and customers alike.
