Greg Gates is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical product ownership, project management, and software development. Currently serving as a Technical Product Owner at Meijer since December 2022, Greg previously held the role of Project Manager at FreedomDev Sensible Software, where responsibilities included managing multiple projects and supporting development teams. Prior roles include Software Developer positions at FreedomDev and Innotec, where Greg contributed to application development using .NET MVC and led the development of the InnoSuite application. Greg began a career in education as a 7th Grade Math and Science Teacher, achieving notable student success before transitioning to operational and logistical coordination for Teach For America. Greg holds a Master’s degree in Technology Management from Davenport University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Virginia Tech.
