John's earlier career features significant contributions as an Associate Director at Integra Realty Resources, appraising numerous commercial real estate projects, and as a Senior Real Estate Analyst at Property Valuation Advisors, where John gained critical expertise in market trend analysis. John holds a Master's degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University and a BSM in Finance/Legal Studies from Tulane University.
