Michael Temme has extensive experience in merchandising, with a career that includes over 27 years at Target as a Regional Merchandiser and Zone Merchandiser, where responsibilities involved liaising between stores and corporate merchandising, providing feedback on assortments, advertising, promotions, and training store personnel. Since July 2009, Michael has worked at Meijer as Corporate Softlines Field Merchandising, directly reporting to the VP of Total Softlines and overseeing communication and training for over 200 stores. In the current role as Corporate Manager of Softlines Field Merchandising, Michael manages Softlines Field Merchants and collaborates with various corporate teams to enhance merchandising processes. Michael holds a BS in Management from Reitz and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Arizona.
