Junaidi Junaidi is a Lifting Superintendent at PT Meitech Eka Bintan, where they manage rigger and operator activities, oversee heavy equipment operations, and coordinate with the safety department. Previously, Junaidi served as a Construction Supervisor at Rotary Engineering Batam, supervising production and ensuring adherence to client standards, and as a Hull Supervisor at Riau Panjaya Batam, controlling the processes for building tug boats and barges. Junaidi studied at the Marine Academy of Indonesia and Cirebon, earning degrees in Nautical studies.
