Efrat Somech

Efrat Somech has several years of experience in organizational development and consulting. Efrat is currently working at Meitav Dash as the Head of OD & Learning. Prior to this, they worked at Menora Mivtachim Insurance LTD as an Organizational Consultant & ODBP. Efrat also has experience as a self-employed Organizational Development Consultant. Earlier in their career, Efrat served as the Training & OD Manager at Di'alog and as an Organizational Consultant at MMSYSTEM.

Efrat Somech earned their M.A. degree in Human Resource Management from Tel Aviv University from 1997-2001. Efrat also completed their B.A. degree in Industrial Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Additionally, Somech studied Kaizen - a Japanese management philosophy focused on continuous improvement - at the "Dialóg" institute. Finally, they pursued further education in Project Management at "Lotem" in the field of production and industrial quality assurance.
