Efrat Somech has several years of experience in organizational development and consulting. Efrat is currently working at Meitav Dash as the Head of OD & Learning. Prior to this, they worked at Menora Mivtachim Insurance LTD as an Organizational Consultant & ODBP. Efrat also has experience as a self-employed Organizational Development Consultant.
