Zvi Stepak serves as the Chairman of Meitav Securities Ltd and Chairman of Conscious Capitalism Israel, a non-profit organization, where they have been actively involved since 2019. With a long-standing career in finance, Zvi has led Meitav Investment House since 1979. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in World and Jewish History and a Master of Business Administration at Tel Aviv University. Zvi also lectures on capital markets and Conscious Capitalism topics and maintains a regular column at Globes.
