Johan Lundgren

Johan Lundgren is the Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer (CSIO) at H&M Group, where they focus on driving strategic initiatives. Previously, they served as COO and Business Unit Manager at Fortnox AB, overseeing operations during a period of significant growth. With a background in finance and operations, Johan has held various leadership roles at H&M, including Head of Controlling for Group Operations and Expansion. They are also a Board Member at Meitner AB, contributing to innovations in digital education. Johan earned a Master’s degree in Industrial and Financial Management from the University of Gothenburg and a Master’s in Finance from Thammasat University.
