Iris Cai

Iris Cai is the founder of JDC Holdings LLC, a company that owns and manages multiple multi-family properties. Iris specializes in strategic planning, effective management, and innovative financial strategies to generate strong returns for investors. Prior to founding JDC Holdings, Iris was the founder and CEO of Meitrack USA, a leading provider of GPS tracking solutions. With over 15 years of experience in the telematics industry, they led Meitrack USA to become a trusted name in the GPS tracking market in North and South America. Iris has also worked as a sales manager at Meitrack Group, a purchase manager at Tapioca Express, and an assistant to the Chief Financial Officer at ARC International Corporation.

Iris Cai obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Marketing from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies in 2006 and later completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harding University between 2006 and 2008.
