卓远廖 is a seasoned technology expert with extensive experience in system architecture and artificial intelligence. They began their career as a system architect at Nokia from 2006 to 2014, where they contributed to the development of next-generation devices and cloud services. Following this, they served as an AI software architect at环信 from 2015 to 2017, focusing on the development of intelligent customer service solutions. They then held senior technical positions at Alibaba Group from 2017 to 2019, where they led the development of the Alibaba Cloud intelligent service platform, and later took on the role of a senior technical expert at美团 in 2021, specializing in intelligent customer service strategies.卓远廖 earned a master's degree in automation control from Xi'an Jiaotong University between 2002 and 2005.
