潇 褚 is currently the HRVP at 美团点评, a position held since 2017. They previously served as the Head of HR at YIDA Group and HRVP at DLSP from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they worked as the Principal Consultant and Head of BD at Aon Hewitt from 2013 to 2014, and as a partner at 太和顾问 Taihe Consulting from 2004 to 2008. 潇 褚 earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from 北京工业大学 between 2000 and 2004.
