Devina Amalia is a seasoned professional in user experience research and product analysis, currently serving as a Senior Researcher & Product Analyst at Mekari since February 2020. Devina's expertise encompasses planning and conducting diverse research methodologies, creating user journeys, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance product design insights. Prior experience includes roles as a UX Researcher at PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk and as a UX Designer at Soundfren, where responsibilities involved research, flowchart creation, wireframing, and UI/UX improvements. Devina began the career as a UI/UX Designer Intern at PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk, while also gaining skills in talent acquisition and candidate management. A graduate of Universitas Pelita Harapan with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Devina combines a strong educational foundation with extensive practical experience in the field.
