Yonathan Setiawan

Yonathan Setiawan has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Yonathan started their career as a Software Engineer at PT. Ugra Taraka Sigra, where they developed a web-based Warehouse Management System. During their time there, they successfully completed the integration process for all warehouse management processes.

Yonathan then moved on to Institut Teknologi Harapan Bangsa, where they worked as a Software Engineer Intern and later as a Project Development Coordinator. In these roles, they developed a web-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application and analyzed the main business processes of the company to implement them into the product.

Yonathan then joined Airy as an Associate Product Manager and worked on their internal finance tools. Yonathan collaborated closely with engineers to insert sales reports into an internal ERP system, create a new internal reservation system, automate fee calculations, and review business initiatives to ensure systematic support from the ERP system.

Next, they worked at Fuse Group as a Product Manager for the Fuse Pro insurance agent application. Yonathan enabled more payment methods, researched user journeys, and prioritized feature requests from various stakeholders to solve urgent problems and add a competitive advantage to the product.

Currently, Yonathan is at Mekari, where they have held roles such as Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, and Lead Product Manager. In these positions, they played a key role in the growth and activation of the Talenta HRIS product, improving onboarding processes, increasing adoption, and understanding the needs of the target market.

Throughout their career, Yonathan has demonstrated their ability to work collaboratively, analyze business processes, prioritize tasks, and contribute to the success of various products and companies.

Yonathan Setiawan completed their Bachelor of Computer Science degree in Information System from Institut Teknologi Harapan Bangsa from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in the field of Product Management and Data Science from institutions such as NewCampus, Udemy, Product School, LinkedIn, and Project Management Institute.
