Since October 2003, Steve has worked at Mekorma as a Software Release Manager and previously held the role of Software Quality Assurance - Technical Desktop Support. Prior to that, Steve contributed to quality assurance efforts at Parafoil Software Inc. from 2002 to 2003, focusing on the development of an enhanced FAQ system. Steve holds a degree in Computer Information Systems from Humboldt State University, which was earned between August 1998 and June 2001, and is currently furthering education at Waukesha County Technical College since February 2020.
