Jon Andersen

Jon Andersen, CSP, is a Health & Safety professional with over two decades of experience in program management. They began their career as an Occupational Safety and Health specialist with the Washington Air National Guard from 2003 to 2013, later serving in various leadership roles at companies such as EnCon Washington, LLC and Performance Systems, Inc. Most recently, Jon has been the Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety at Melaleuca since 2025, following significant positions at Amazon Web Services and Nordstrom. They are currently pursuing degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Corban University and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health at Columbia Southern University.
