Mr. Lei has experience in the US and internationally, improving operation efficiency and strategic changes. In the last ten years, he has been focused on the life science industry, helping leverage data and AI to create R&D and commercial solutions for Pharma.

Howard holds an MBA and an MS-IT from The University of Texas at Dallas in Richardson, TX.
