Melber Flinn was formed in 2015. It is a specialist healthcare recruitment business focused above all on quality of service.

We work with healthcare organisations across the UK to source and place experienced management, change and leadership professionals, supporting both interim and permanent hiring needs across a wide range of healthcare settings.

Our interim practice places senior professionals from mid-management through to board level, helping organisations access experienced leaders during periods of transformation, operational challenge, or strategic change. Alongside this, we support healthcare providers in identifying and appointing high-calibre management and leadership talent into permanent roles.

We are proud to operate from Yorkshire while working with organisations nationwide. Location is secondary to delivering the right support and outcomes for the organisations and individuals we work with.
