Lucy Gatto has over 29 years of experience in education, currently serving as an OQP Victoria Educator and Industry Liaison at Melbourne Polytechnic since January 1994. In this role, Lucy coordinates sessions tailored to engage diverse learners, updates educational resources to comply with regulatory standards, and fosters a respectful learning environment that encourages student accountability. Previously, Lucy worked as a trainer and instructional designer at ANZ from 1991 to 1995 and has held various educational positions focused on English as a Second Language and industry placements.
