Shane Wilkinson is an experienced manager with a strong background in higher education and vocational training. Currently serving as the Manager of Business & Construction (HE) at Melbourne Polytechnic since April 2019, Shane oversees a team of six Heads of Programs and academic operations spanning seven higher education programs across multiple campuses, including international operations in China. Prior to this, Shane held various management roles at Kangan Institute, including Education Manager for Business & Professional Industries, where leadership extended to a team of 14 and a diverse portfolio encompassing numerous specialist areas. Shane's extensive experience also includes teaching and operational management roles within education, alongside a foundational career in the automotive industry. Shane holds a Master's degree in Education from Victoria University, along with additional qualifications in leadership and training.
