Ishwar Goyal

Ishwar Goyal has more than 20 years of experience in software development and engineering. Ishwar started their career in 2002 as a Software Developer at National Computers & Management Services. From 2003 to 2004, they worked as a Software Developer at Oneders. Ishwar then joined Codex in 2004 as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2005, they moved to R Systems, where they served as a Senior Software Engineer until 2009. During their time at R Systems, they were a member/lead of the development team responsible for developing and maintaining Melco's first personalization solution using Microsoft technologies.

From 2009 to 2019, Ishwar worked at Melco International LLC. Ishwar began as a Senior Web Developer and was responsible for developing and managing various web applications, as well as an Restful services product for clients in the embroidery and print industry. Ishwar also architect and developed a desktop application using Flex/ActionScript Adobe Air, allowing non-technical users to operate sophisticated embroidery equipment.

In 2019, Ishwar became a Web Architect & Developer at Melco International LLC. In this role, they managed geographically distributed engineering teams and focused on product development and database productization in the embroidery and print customization industries. Ishwar also played a key role in establishing automated DevOps and QA processes.

Currently, Ishwar is the Head of Cloud Engineering, Architecture, and QA at Melco International LLC. Ishwar leads a high-performing team of 10 software engineers and is responsible for managing business-critical cloud projects. Ishwar has successfully established cloud services and accelerated business growth for the company using technologies such as Microservices, Azure App Services, and Web Apps.

Ishwar Goyal completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology from Punjab Technical University from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2015, they earned the CloudU Certified certification from Rackspace, the #1 managed cloud company. Furthermore, in 2021, Ishwar obtained the certifications "Holding Your Team Accountable" from LinkedIn in July and "Microservices Foundations" from LinkedIn in June.
