Joy Chua

Joy Chua has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Joy currently works at meldCX as the EVP of Strategy & Development and also serves as an Advisory Board Member. Prior to joining meldCX, Joy worked at AOPEN where they held various roles, including Consultant and Partnerships & Market Development for AOPEN Solutions and meldCX. Joy also had a role in Global Marketing & Strategic Partnerships. Before AOPEN, Joy worked at Tidalwave Marketing as a Marketing Executive and Marketing & Social Coordinator. Joy was responsible for developing creative, digital, and marketing strategies for clients. Joy's earlier experience includes an internship at the Victorian Immigrant and Refugee Women's Coalition, where they provided support and representation for organizations focusing on refugee women. Joy began their career at Gucci Group, Asia Pacific as a Sales Associate, where they developed solid sales skills and customer relationship-building abilities.

Joy Chua pursued their education at the University of Melbourne, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication and Media Studies from 2009 to 2011. Joy then continued their studies at the same university and completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Honours in Communication and Media Studies from 2011 to 2012. In 2019, Joy Chua obtained certification from HubSpot Academy, becoming Inbound Certified.
