Our team has spent more than 70 years on the frontlines of East African companies as managers & entrepreneurs.
We know how tough building companies is–because we’ve done it. And we know that because the challenges are complex, the solutions must be.
We founded Melela to combine our team’s technical & managerial expertise to solve these challenges for our clients.
We engage with our clients to identify challenges & opportunities internally and across the market—understanding that internal support is often critical for successful growth.
We then develop a roadmap for how we can drive the achievement of client objectives through cross-departmental support, process implementation, training & market insight.
Given the complexity of driving business growth, our client engagements last between three months and a year, as we build internal processes & teams to create the foundation for sustainable growth.
Depending on client needs, we ensure skills are developed internally so when we finish the company has the skills & motivation to plan & execute effectively for the years to come.
