Patrick Daem

Patrick Daem is an experienced professional with a career spanning several decades in electronics and project management. Currently serving as Improvement Project Manager for Process & Equipment Engineering and previously as Maintenance Team Lead at Melexis since August 2015, Patrick has been integral in developing advanced semiconductor products aimed at enhancing automotive, appliance, and building technologies. Prior to Melexis, Patrick held the position of Manager of Prototyping, Material Handling, and Forwarding at TP Vision from April 2012 to September 2014, where responsibilities included team leadership in fault finding and logistics. Patrick's extensive experience at Philips from 1985 to 2012 encompassed various roles including Manager of Prototyping, Project Leader for model development, and Electrical Designer, contributing to significant process optimizations and project coordination in the television sector. Patrick holds an engineering degree in Electronics from Katholieke Hogeschool Brugge-Oostende, earned between 1981 and 1984.
