Mark Bodner

Mark Bodner is a seasoned litigator and current Partner at Melick & Porter, LLP, with extensive experience in litigation across various areas, including employment law and professional liability. They have managed over 25 jury trials and 10 bench trials and have appeared before multiple courts and administrative agencies. Previously, they served as a Senior Trial Attorney at Zurich Insurance, where they focused on proactive resolutions for small business claims. Mark began their legal career with a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, following a B.A. in English from the University of Pennsylvania.
