Brian McDonell

Brian McDonell has extensive experience in the fashion industry. Brian began their career in 2005 as a Sales Manager for TapouT, where they assisted in the building and development of the company's wholesale division. In the same year, they also took on the role of Southwest Sales Representative for Split USA, where they maintained steady growth in sales with existing accounts and opened new doors in five states. In 2010, they co-founded Doin Damage Inc., a premium apparel brand development and sales agency, and served as its President. In 2013, they co-founded Melin, a premium headwear company, and served as its President. In 2016, the company formalized a strategic partnership with OluKai.

Brian McDonell attended FIDM from 2004 to 2006, where they earned a degree in Apparel Manufacturing and Management with a focus on Apparel Manufacturing and Sales. Prior to that, they attended California State University, Chico from 2001 to 2003. Brian also holds a FASTER certification.
