Oded Shamir

Oded Shamir has served as an independent director of Melisron since 2013. He is a member of the company’s Audit and Remuneration, Financial Statements, and Tenders Committees. Mr. Shamir holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Sociology. He has held a number of senior positions including CEO of Calcalit Jerusalem Ltd and CEO of the Aspen Group. He has extensive experience as a director in public companies, including ICL, Israel Buildings Corp Ltd., and Amidar Ltd, and has served as board chair of Petroleum & Energy Infrastructure Ltd. In addition to his position as an independent director, Mr. Shamir is the board chair of Netivei Yisrael National Transport Infrastructure Company Ltd., an external director of Dor Alon Energy in Israel (1988) Ltd and Egoz Issuances and Finances Ltd, and the chairperson of the Jordan Valley Water Association.
