Melissa was born from a desire to solve the inefficiencies and communication gaps in the traditional florist industry. We envision an intelligent, adaptive "matrix" that seamlessly connects customers with the perfect florist, manages every detail with agentic AI, and empowers florists to focus on their beautiful craft.

Named Melissa, meaning "honey bee," our AI embodies hard work, efficiency, and the sweet result of perfect coordination – delivering delight to customers and success to florists. We are committed to innovating and elevating the entire floral experience.
