Eldon Jobe

Eldon Jobe has a diverse work experience starting in 1996 at BT as a Sales Consultant, moving on to Sage in 1997 in the same role. In 1998, they became a Recruitment Consultant at Progressive Recruitment until 2002. Eldon then founded ESJ Europe Ltd and served as Managing Director until 2011. From 2010 to 2019, they ventured into the development of recruitment software as Founder & CEO of HRS - Powered by Recruitment Force. In 2018, they founded iThena Group as Founder & Recruitment Director, providing bespoke recruitment services. Most recently, in 2019, they co-founded Melius Cyber Security, serving as Co-Founder & CCO, leading the development of a proprietary cybersecurity software called Cyber Safe.
