Our Connecticut-based team is comprised of fully-licensed, master’s level therapists with a wide range of specialty areas and backgrounds, ensuring excellent clinical matches to ensure meeting clients' specific needs. Each provider on our team may complete a comprehensive training course, developed by our experts and focused on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). CBT is the leading evidence-based therapy method that helps clients learn to reframe negative thought patterns and make positive changes in their behaviors and mindset. Several of our therapists are also trained in complementary modalities.
