Specialized in premium fresh desserts, Mellow draws its strength from the union of two Belgian experts: Dessert Factory and Verbau. Our story combines six generations of pastry heritage with cutting-edge industrial know-how. Today, with over 250 employees and three production sites (two in Belgium, one in France), we export our passion for indulgent desserts to more than 40 countries.
