We build the AI-native workflow that lets product teams ship daily.

Mellow Studio works alongside your team for one quarter. Together, we rebuild how design, product, engineering, and AI agents work together — connecting your codebase, AI-native design system, product knowledge, reusable patterns, documentation, and delivery pipelines into one workflow.

The outcome: idea to production, in a day, every day. Same team. Same headcount. A different operating model.

WHAT WE BRING:

* An AI-native design system → components, tokens, and interaction patterns built so AI agents can read and contribute alongside designers and engineers. Decisions made once, applied everywhere.
* Democratised development → designers prototype in code, PMs scaffold flows, agents ship reviewable branches, engineers assemble approved patterns. The work moves without hand-offs.
* Compounding capability → your team owns the workflow when we leave. The compounding starts after we go.

THE QUARTER:

16 weeks. Four phases:
Discovery → Pilot → Integration & Scale → Handover.

THE PRACTISE BEHIND IT

Fifteen years building product with global teams. 42 engagements across 11 countries. A senior, partner-led practice. We work with teams across the UK, Europe, and the US.
