Simon Cole is the current Chair at MelodyVR. Prior to that, they were the Director of In The Room for 4 months. Before that, they were the Chair of Mylou Matrix Ltd for 1 year and 3 months. Prior to that, they were a Governor at Central School of Ballet for 12 years. Before that, they were the Chair of Napster Group for 1 year and 4 months. Prior to that, they were with MelodyVR for 4 years and 7 months, where they held various positions such as Chairperson, Senior Non Executive Director, and Non Executive Director. Prior to that, they were the Director of Audioboom for 4 years and 11 months. Prior to that, they were the CEO of UBC Media for 24 years and 8 months. Prior to that, they were the Chief Executive of PPM Radiowaves for 3 years and 4 months.

Simon Cole studied at The University of Manchester, where they achieved a BA (Hons) Drama 2:1 with English subsidiary. Simon then went on to study at Queen Elizabeths Grammar School Blackburn, Lancashire, England.
