Ulises Garduño has a diverse and extensive work experience in sales and management. Ulises began their career at Resuelve tu Deuda in 2012, where they served as a Team Leader Sales and later as a Growth Sales Manager until 2017. Ulises then joined Mercado Libre, initially as a Sales Manager for Marketplace Automotive and later as a Sales Manager for Marketplace Real Estate from 2017 to 2020. In 2021, Garduño moved to Eiya as the Head of Sales, a position they held until 2023. Currently, they are employed at Melonn as the Head of Sales.

Ulises Garduño completed a program on "Driving Growth through Strategic Partnerships" at Wharton Online in 2022-2023.
