Lamon Harris is a seasoned construction executive with extensive experience in preconstruction and cost estimation. They served as the Director of Estimating & Preconstruction at Blueprint Robotics from 2020 to 2023 and held leadership positions at CIANBRO and Atlantic Builders Group, Inc. Additionally, Lamon is currently a consultant for the Associated Builders and Contractors of Baltimore Metro, overseeing the Construction Professional Program. They also serve as Chief of Estimation & Preconstruction at Meltech Corp., Inc. and an Executive/Partner at Built Commercial, while being actively involved in strategic leadership and education in the construction industry. Lamon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Penn State University.
