Maksim Orlov

Maksim Orlov is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical design and project management. Currently serving as a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer and Project Manager at Meltio since May 2023, Maksim oversees a team of engineers, focusing on work and budget planning. Prior to this role, Maksim contributed to the creation of laser print heads and systems at Meltio. At Izovac Group, engagement involved designing vacuum coating systems, while at TML Engineering, responsibilities encompassed concept development, 3D CAD assembly management, and long-term production organization trips to India. Early career experience at JSC PELENG included mechanical engineering design and hands-on assembly of electro-optical devices. Maksim holds a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Technology from the Belarusian National Technical University.
