Marko Ignatius

Marko Ignatius possesses extensive experience in customer and service management within the IT and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Executive at Meltlake since January 2025, Marko previously held similar positions at Sofigate from February 2020 to December 2024. Prior to these roles, Marko worked as a Delivery Executive at Tieto, delivering a range of IT outsourcing and consulting services from January 2017 to January 2020. Marko's career also includes significant leadership positions as Client Director at CGI and Global Service Director at Logica, where responsibilities encompassed managing service operations and client relationships across various sectors. Earlier experiences include managing business units at WM-Data and serving in HR management roles at Novo Group and Stonesoft. Marko holds a Master of Education in Organizational Leadership from the University of Helsinki.
