Joel Philip is a passionate engineer and artist who is currently serving as a Founding Engineer at MeltPlan. With a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences, they previously held roles such as Lead Engineer at DoctusTech and Full Stack Engineer at Grarri. As the founder of Jozbiz, they have demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit, alongside their experience as a Web Developer at SS Supply Chain Solution. Currently, Joel is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Indira Gandhi National Open University.
