Mark Broman serves as the President & CEO of MELTRIC® Corporation since February 2020, a position following roles as Vice President & Managing Director and General Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes Vice President & General Manager at Arrowhead Conveyor Corporation from October 2016 to August 2019, and President at Koehler Lighting Products for a brief period in 2016. Mark Broman's earlier career at Gardner Denver spanned from 2009 to 2014, where titles included Managing Director and Director of Business Development. In the 1999-2009 period at Kohler, roles encompassed Market Development Manager and Project Leader for Mergers & Acquisitions, among others. Military service includes a tenure as Sergeant in the United States Army Reserve and Specialist in the US Army. Educational qualifications include a BBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA in Finance from Marquette University.

The technology behind Meltric’s products was developed specifically to address the shortcomings and safety hazards common with pin & sleeve type plugs and receptacles. In 1952, following the observation of an accident with a pin and sleeve device, Gilles Marechal devised the concept of combining the advantages of silver-nickel butt contacts and the load making and breaking capabilities of a switch with the convenience of a plug and receptacle. Shortly thereafter, the first of these products was born. Meltric licensed this technology in the early 1980’s and has been supplying its products to North American customers ever since. Today, after constant advancement of this same basic technology, Meltric products continue to provide unparalleled levels of safety and performance.
