Andy Grace

Andy Grace is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solutions engineering and support. Currently serving as Global Director of Solutions Engineering and APAC Support at Meltwater since November 2012, Andy also holds a Director position at A G Consulting, providing consulting services to software companies that serve the Global 100. Prior to these roles, Andy worked at Pegasystems from June 2001 to January 2013, where responsibilities included Product Manager and Lead Business Architect on a Credit Card Disputes framework implementation. Additional experience includes a position as Principal Consultant.
