We are a boutique headhunting firm based in Barcelona, partnering with high-growth companies and complex organisations across Europe to build high-performing teams.

Our core focus is on senior specialist and executive profiles — from tech leaders and product experts to strategic roles in data, marketing, finance, or HR. Whether it’s scaling a digital hub, launching a spin-off, or strengthening a regulated business unit, we help you find the right talent to lead and execute.

Over the past decade, we’ve supported:
— Fast-growing startups and scaleups
— Digital hubs and innovation labs within large corporates
— Regulated industries such as pharma, manufacturing, etc.

We work closely with founders, hiring managers and People teams, combining strategic insight with hands-on delivery. Our approach is lean, selective and tailored. No database dumping. No endless pipelines. Just sharp, well-matched shortlists.

If you're looking for a partner who understands the pace of digital and the rigour of regulated sectors, you're in the right place.
