Bill Illis

Bill Illis is an experienced technical operations executive currently serving as Vice President of Technical Operations at Member Driven Technologies since August 2024. Previously, Bill held significant roles at SeKON Enterprise, Inc., where as Director of Federal System Integration and Lead Network Engineer, led a team in supporting the Defense Health Management Systems Modernization for the Defense Health Agency. Prior to that, Bill was the D2D DaaS Technical Team Lead at Core4ce, coordinating pre-migration efforts for the Desktop as a Service program. Bill's earlier experience includes IT Project Manager at Member Driven Technologies, managing core conversion and data conversion projects for credit unions, and various branch management roles in financial institutions. Bill served in the US Army as a Sergeant E-5 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History with an emphasis on Economics from Oakland University.
